Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made at Amélie’s Boutique. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and transparent shipping standards for our customers.
We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States!
Insured Shipping: All orders are shipped with insurance. If your order is lost or not delivered within 60 business days from the date of shipment, the full amount paid will be refunded to you. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Size & Model Guarantee: If you purchased an item that doesn't fit or you aren't satisfied with the style, we will gladly send you a different size or model of your choice. While we do not charge for the new product, the customer is responsible for the reshipment costs.
To request a different size or product, simply send us an email with your request.
Returns & Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of delivery. While we appreciate contact within 7 days for faster processing, you maintain your right to initiate a return within the full 14-day window.
Return Guidelines:
1) All items can be exchanged or returned (excluding underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of receipt.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Disclaimer
At Amélie’s Boutique, we value our customers' satisfaction and aim to ensure orders reach their destination efficiently. However, we are only responsible for shipments where the address information provided by the customer is accurate and complete.
In cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout, Amélie’s Boutique is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries. It is crucial that customers verify their shipping details accurately before completing their purchase.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer decides to return a purchase by refusing delivery without prior notice to our customer service channels, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to cover the logistical services provided up to the delivery attempt. Our Global Warehousing
Due to high demand, we reserve the right to fulfill orders from multiple warehouses worldwide to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Depending on the product and availability, items may be shipped from international locations including the USA, Turkey, or Asia.
We work with a global network of trusted suppliers to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. Every item is carefully inspected and tested before shipment. Our goal is to provide unique pieces you won't find in typical local stores at the best possible value. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Please note that despite varying stock locations, we maintain strict quality controls. Delivery times are calculated based on your destination and are not negatively impacted by the origin of the shipment.

CONFIRMATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is approved. We begin preparing your order immediately after confirmation. Due to this speed, it may be difficult to change or cancel an order once placed, but our support team will do their best to assist you.
PROCESSING
During this phase, your order is prepared for shipment, which typically takes 1 to 2 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All products at Amélie’s Boutique are shipped directly from our suppliers to the address provided at checkout. Average delivery time ranges from 7 to 8 business days depending on your location. Shipment occurs within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
We provide a tracking number for every order so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Note: Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances outside of our control, such as carrier delays, peak seasonal demand, or extreme weather.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Orders may be received by third parties, such as family members or building managers, provided they sign for the delivery if required. The carrier will typically make three delivery attempts. If no one is available, the package may be held at a local pickup point for 7 days. If not collected within this timeframe, the package will be returned to the sender, and a reshipment fee will apply.
IMPORTANT
Amélie’s Boutique is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order cannot be delivered due to an address error on the customer's part, there is no right to a refund, and a reshipment fee will be required to send the order again.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY
If an order is not delivered within 90 business days of the shipment date, the full amount paid will be refunded 100%.
Multi-Package Shipments: You may receive more than one package if your items are sourced from different suppliers. This is normal and ensures you get each item as fast as possible.
Customs & Duties: If any taxes or customs duties are charged upon entry to the US, Amélie’s Boutique is responsible for these costs. You only pay the amount shown on our website at checkout.
